Excellent pediatric care gives your child a great start in life. Our pediatricians offer a variety of services for your child from birth to 18 years:
- Well child check-ups, including sports physicals
- Immunizations
- Preventative Care
- Chronic conditions, including asthma and ADHD
Community Health Care’s Pediatric Care Services are available at all 7 of our clinics.
Our Prompt Care at the Hilltop Clinic has a dedicated pediatrician, Dr. Krista Barrett.
Dr. Barrett will provide:
- Newborn Visits (by appointment only – call (253) 722-2161)
- Appropriate sick visits
- Respiratory & Illness: fever, flu-like symptoms, persistent coughs, sore throat, and ear pain or drainage.
- Injuries: Minor cuts, scrapes, animal bites, burns, sprains
- Digestive & Other: Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, mild dehydration, abdominal pain, and sudden rashes.
- Chronic Condition Flare-ups: Mild asthma attacks, minor allergic reactions, eczema flares.
- Sports physicals (NOT including full well child exams)
- Follow up from recent ER visits (by appointment only – call (253) 722-2161) if unable to see their primary care provider at their home clinic in a timely manner. Being an existing Community Health Care patient is not required.
