At Community Health Care, no one is denied care because they can’t pay. Patients without insurance, or without enough, receive care on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size.

$25 provides transportation to an appointment, health education materials, or basic patient support.
$50 helps cover a patient visit, screening, or support services for someone facing financial hardship.
