Living A Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions
Community Health Care offers Living A Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions workshops for our patients and our community.
These workshops are led by two trained leaders, with topics that include; techniques to deal with difficult emotions, appropriate exercise, healthy eating, medication management, communication skills, and working effectively with health care providers.
All adults interested, whether they are a Community Health Care patient or not, are encouraged to register if they have a chronic illness, diabetes, or pre-diabetes.

Living Well with Diabetes (English)
Open to anyone with pre-diabetes, diabetes type I or type II, and caregivers. It is encouraged for participants to attend all 6 sessions.
