I’ve always had a passion for sports and staying active. From playing football in high school to competing in track and field at the collegiate level, athletics have played a major role in shaping who I am. Now, as a parent of two energetic kids, I stay active by keeping up with them—whether we’re playing outside, tossing a ball, or simply enjoying time together. Staying fit and engaged through movement remains a central part of my life, both personally and with my family.
