Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from the University of Washington, School of Medicine. After completing his Family Practice Residency at Swedish Family Medicine in Seattle, he entered private practice in Eastern Washington and also served as Medical Program Director for Pend Oreille County's Emergency Medical Systems and Trauma Service. He has worked for Community Health Care since 1996.
